Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Kebersihan Area Camping Ground & Glamping to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction at our picturesque outdoor resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping both the open‑air camping area and the premium glamping facilities immaculate, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a pristine and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the entire camping ground and glamping site daily to confirm that all areas are tidy, orderly, and safe for guests.
- Perform routine cleaning of tent interiors, exteriors, and surrounding pathways according to the established SOPs.
- Maintain and sanitize all camping equipment (e.g., sleeping bags, cooking gear, lanterns) so that items are ready for immediate rental or use.
- Conduct scheduled deep‑cleaning tasks such as waste removal, vegetation trimming, and surface disinfecting during low‑occupancy periods.
- Assist the operations team in preparing campsite layouts, setting up glamping tents, and arranging amenities for special events or group bookings.
- Report any damaged or missing equipment to the supervisor and follow up on repairs or replacements promptly.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental SOPs, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and waste segregation.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests who have questions about campsite facilities, equipment usage, or local attractions.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless handovers between shifts, maintaining consistent service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Open to candidates of any age and gender; we value diversity and inclusion.
- No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and follow SOPs is essential.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation and the ability to communicate politely with guests.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, safe chemical handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
- Reliability to work a full schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
