Responsibilities
- Identify and target pharmacies within the Indramayu area based on proximity and market potential.
- Initiate and nurture long‑term relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy owners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual training sessions to demonstrate the features and benefits of the SwipeRx application, ensuring users can navigate the platform confidently.
- Diagnose common user issues, gather feedback, and collaborate with the product support team to resolve problems in line with established SOPs.
- Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans that align with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance indicators using CRM tools, providing regular reports to regional management.
- Perform competitor and market trend analysis to uncover new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to understand the pharmacy drug‑ordering process, offering insights that enhance the value proposition of SwipeRx.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies, including timely attendance (Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00) and safe driving practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of mobile applications and a genuine interest in emerging health‑tech solutions.
- Own a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license (SIM) for daily territory visits.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while staying aligned with sales targets and company objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in competitor analysis, market trend evaluation, and sales performance tracking.
