Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area, including regular sanitisation of equipment, glassware, and work surfaces.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed, ensuring seamless coordination between bar and kitchen operations.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menu items.
- Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly, following company cash‑handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and report any shortages or equipment issues to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol policies, including checking guest identification when required.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, communicating clearly during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new beverage trends, mixology techniques, and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by identifying opportunities to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female candidates belonging to the later millennial generation (Gen Z/Gen 2) are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; currently not enrolled in a university program. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a bar, café, or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- High energy level, attention to detail, and excellent time‑management abilities.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
