Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Penjaga Toko Ritel dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail team. This position is the front‑line guardian of our store environment, ensuring a safe, welcoming atmosphere for shoppers while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented female professional aged 21‑30, with a minimum education of SMA/SMK and a genuine enthusiasm for the retail industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor store entrances and aisles to prevent theft, vandalism, and any safety hazards.
  • Greet customers promptly, answer product inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, including regular inspections of shelves, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
  • Handle cash register operations, process transactions accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Assist in inventory control by conducting periodic stock counts and reporting discrepancies to the store manager.
  • Coordinate with the security team to respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents.
  • Support promotional activities, set up visual merchandising displays, and ensure promotional signage is current.
  • Document and log any incidents, customer feedback, or maintenance issues using the store’s management system.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates, sharing information and covering shifts as needed to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through regular training sessions and on‑the‑job learning.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy).
  • Age: 21‑30 years.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail or customer‑facing roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong teamwork abilities; comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
  • High level of honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Basic proficiency with store management and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
