Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Penanggung Jawab Keuangan dan Akuntansi (Finance & Accounting Manager) to lead our finance department and ensure the integrity of our financial operations. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all accounting activities, managing tax compliance, and acting as the financial gatekeeper for the organization. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented professional with at least three years of experience in finance, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end Finance & Accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions.
- Supervise, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Oversee tax compliance using Cortex, guaranteeing that all filings (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.) meet current regulations.
- Review and approve financial statements, journal entries, and expense reports to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Control OPEX expenditures, enforce budgetary limits, and conduct variance analysis to highlight deviations.
- Monitor cash flow on a regular basis, preparing forecasts and recommending corrective actions when liquidity is at risk.
- Act as the financial gatekeeper: approve or hold expenditures, halt payments when cash flow health deteriorates, and protect the organization’s financial stability.
- Prepare and present detailed budget vs. actual reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Compile periodic financial and tax reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives, cost‑saving projects, and business planning activities.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing or supervising a finance team.
- Hands‑on expertise with tax software (Cortex) and OPEX budgeting processes.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, and related statutes.
- Proficiency in cash‑flow management, budgeting, and expense control.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and decisive decision‑making skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation, modeling, and reporting.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a firm yet fair leadership style.
- Female candidates, age not exceeding 38 years, with at least three years of professional experience.
