Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Project SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) to join our fast‑growing activation team in Sulawesi. This role is perfect for individuals who have hands‑on experience in promotional events, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy coordinating teams across multiple locations. As a freelance project administrator, you will be the backbone of our on‑ground sales promotion efforts, ensuring that every SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) delivers a memorable brand experience while maintaining accurate reporting and seamless communication.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor a team of SPGs across various retail and event locations in Sulawesi.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure each SPG is equipped with necessary promotional materials.
- Gather and verify visual documentation (photos and videos) of all promotional activities to ensure brand compliance.
- Compile daily and weekly performance reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, highlighting key metrics such as foot traffic, sales conversion, and consumer feedback.
- Maintain real‑time communication with SPGs via WhatsApp and other messaging platforms to address on‑site issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning and execution of activation events, including product launches, in‑store demos, and roadshow activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align promotional strategies with overall campaign objectives.
- Provide post‑event analysis and recommendations for improving future activations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand guidelines during all promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an SPG or in a similar promotional role.
- Proven track record handling event promotions, product activations, or brand outreach programs.
- Strong ability to monitor and coordinate multiple SPGs simultaneously across different venues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear, concise reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp for daily reporting and team coordination.
- Ability to create and edit basic photo/video documentation for marketing purposes.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend events as needed.
