Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Pramuniaga Tim Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals who are eager to start a career in retail sales and customer service. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced store environment, assisting customers, managing inventory, and supporting the overall sales strategy of the shop.
The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates must be under the age of 30, possess at least a high school diploma (SMK) or equivalent, and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a well‑organized sales floor, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are tidy, and merchandise is presented attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Assist in inventory control by receiving shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Identify customer needs, upsell complementary products, and achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and team meetings.
- Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with store policies, safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, product performance, and store operations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or SMK/Sederajat.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred; however, the role is open to both men and women.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Marital Status: Preference for candidates who are not married, reflecting the company’s current staffing policy.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills: Basic understanding of store management systems, strong communication abilities, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Personal Traits: Serious, reliable, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability: Able to work six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
