Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to provide informed recommendations.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including table setting, clearing, and resetting between guests.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts with precision.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams to resolve any service issues quickly and professionally.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring all food handling procedures meet regulatory requirements.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, service techniques, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory checks, reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Uphold a consistently neat, clean, and presentable appearance, including proper uniform and personal grooming.
Requirements

- Age: 20 – 30 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or any food & beverage environment.
- Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in full‑time studies or hold another full‑time job.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English; clear and courteous speech.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly gestures, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Appearance: Must maintain a tidy, clean, and well‑groomed look at all times, including proper uniform compliance.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and perform light lifting (up to 15 kg).
