Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed according to visual standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving shipments, labeling items, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including the mandatory five‑times‑daily prayer schedule for those who observe it.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety procedures.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle for timely deliveries, store visits, or errands as required by the outlet’s operational needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 28 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders; both hijab‑wearing women and men are encouraged to apply.
- Must be single (unmarried) at the time of application.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers courteously.
- Demonstrated honesty, quick‑thinking, and disciplined work habits.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal motorcycle for work‑related travel.
- Willingness to work under a contractual employment arrangement.
- Commitment to observing the five daily prayers for those who practice Islam.
- Basic proficiency in using a store management system (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is preferred.
