Introduction
The Cost Control Accounting Manager will lead the financial stewardship of our organization, ensuring that all project and operational costs are monitored, analyzed, and optimized. Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasting models for senior management review.
- Monitor day‑to‑day project expenditures, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and any overruns are flagged early.
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and operations teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular audits of expense accounts, verifying accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices in cost accounting and financial documentation.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle by providing historical cost data and predictive insights.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, tax regulations, and accounting standards relevant to cost control.
- Work under tight deadlines, delivering reliable financial information for decision‑making during peak periods.
- Facilitate cross‑functional meetings to discuss cost performance, risk mitigation, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost control techniques.
- Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex financial data clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
- Proven ability to work effectively both as a team member and an independent contributor.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
