Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a courteous and professional demeanor, ensuring each interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.
- Conduct thorough inspections of pledged items according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), verifying authenticity and condition.
- Process pawn transactions efficiently, accurately recording details and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle a variety of customer transactions, including payments, loan extensions, and full settlements, while explaining terms clearly.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of pawn policies, interest rates, and repayment schedules to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, ensuring data integrity and ease of retrieval for audits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, escalations, and any discrepancies that may arise.
- Adhere to a strict schedule, working Monday through Saturday from 07:45 to 19:15, and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
- Continuously seek ways to improve service quality, suggesting process enhancements and participating in training programs.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is considered a strong advantage.
- Age: Must be 29 years or younger (maximum 29 years 11 months).
- Height: Minimum 150 cm for women, 155 cm for men, with proportionate weight.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Appearance: Clean, neat, and presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills, confidence in speaking with clients, and the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Technical: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Personal Traits: Detail‑oriented, diligent, persistent, honest, and disciplined.
- Location: Placement will align with the candidate’s domicile in or near Brebes.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
