Responsibilities

- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Deliver orders to tables or designated pickup areas with attention to detail, ensuring correct presentation and timely service.
- Monitor table turnover, clear and reset tables, and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate order flow and address any special requests.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, regularly sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and service stations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment, inventory checks, and preparing the dining area for the next service.
- Provide proactive assistance to guests with disabilities or special needs, ensuring an inclusive dining experience.
- Continuously seek feedback from guests and management to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
