Responsibilities

- Identify and remove damaged or expired products, documenting waste and notifying the department manager.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict sanitation and food‑safety standards.
- Assist customers with product selection, provide information on freshness, storage tips, and suggest complementary items.
- Support the creation of attractive displays and promotional signage that drive sales and highlight seasonal produce.
- Record daily inventory movements using the store’s POS system and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and follow all health‑code regulations, including proper handling of knives and cleaning equipment.
- Collaborate with the receiving team to unload deliveries, verify quantities, and store items at appropriate temperatures.
- Contribute ideas for reducing waste, improving turnover, and enhancing the overall shopper experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 26 years old.

- No prior work experience required – this apprenticeship is designed for fresh graduates.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food‑safety principles or a willingness to learn them quickly.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility in handling store assets.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to spot imperfections in produce.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 15:00.
