Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond promptly to public inquiries, comments, and messages to maintain a positive brand image.
- Identify and nurture online communities, fostering relationships with influencers, customers, and industry enthusiasts who share similar interests.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate regular promotional and social campaigns, adjusting tactics based on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement integrated digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in social media algorithms, digital tools, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
