Responsibilities
The Sales Promotion Officer will be the front‑line ambassador of our product portfolio. Core duties include:
- Providing personalized service that aligns with each customer’s needs and preferences.
- Actively selling products, achieving personal sales quotas, and contributing to overall store performance.
- Executing daily sales activities in line with the targets set by the company.
- Promoting the unique features and benefits of the product range to maximize conversion rates.
- Rapidly mastering product knowledge and communicating it effectively to customers.
- Maintaining a well‑organized display area, ensuring promotional materials are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
- Collecting and reporting market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to the management team.
- Traveling within the designated region, and being open to relocation or temporary assignments outside Palembang as business needs dictate.
- Adhering to mall operating hours (10:00 – 19:00) and any special event schedules.
- Utilizing a personal motor vehicle and a valid SIM C for timely attendance at various promotional sites.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the listed soft skills:
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/SLTA) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales or promotional experience, preferably in a retail or mall environment.
- Age: 25 years old or younger.
- Transportation: Ownership of a motor vehicle and an active SIM C license is mandatory.
- Availability: Not currently enrolled in any educational program; able to work the full mall schedule.
- Residence: Must be domiciled in Palembang.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, customer‑relationship management, data‑driven decision making, and proficiency with sales tools.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, self‑motivated, target‑oriented, initiative‑taking, and highly adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to roll out to different districts and accept mutasi (relocation) when required by the company.
