Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Administrator for Retail Store and Inventory Management to join our dynamic team. This role is central to the smooth operation of our storefront, ensuring that sales processes, stock levels, and customer interactions are handled with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily sales transactions, handle cash and electronic payments, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our POS and inventory management software, including receiving shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and updating product data.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of merchandise and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor product turnover, identify fast‑moving and slow‑moving items, and recommend re‑ordering strategies to optimize stock levels.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, inventory variance, and key performance indicators for store management.
  • Support the store’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries online, and promoting in‑store events.
  • Assist customers with product information, returns, and exchanges while delivering a courteous and helpful experience.
  • Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are maintained, including product placement and signage updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 23 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; the role historically emphasizes a male candidate but we encourage all qualified applicants to apply.
  • Strong administrative skills with experience in basic bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and ability to create engaging content.

  • Residence near the store is preferred to ensure punctuality and flexibility for early opening or late closing needs.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems) and willingness to learn proprietary inventory software.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
