Introduction
Moladin Finance, a leading provider of financial solutions for small and medium‑enterprise (SME) businesses in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Account Officer – SME (Medan). This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high‑quality account bookings in a dynamic commercial banking environment. The successful candidate will operate from our Medan office, working Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:00, and will play a key part in expanding Moladin’s footprint among emerging businesses.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and account‑booking targets set by the company.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with existing SME customers while actively prospecting new revenue opportunities.
- Promote and sell Moladin Finance’s SME product portfolio, including working‑capital loans, equipment financing, and digital payment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify untapped segments, assess competitor activity, and tailor proposals to meet client needs.
- Prepare and present customized financing proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining compliance with internal risk policies.
- Monitor the quality of each booking to ensure it meets the company’s standards for documentation, credit assessment, and post‑sale service.
- Collaborate with the credit, operations, and risk teams to streamline onboarding and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Provide regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Participate in community networking events, trade fairs, and industry seminars to raise Moladin’s brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in SME banking, commercial banking, or related sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong integrity, teamwork orientation, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motor vehicle for client visits.
- Clean criminal record.
