Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Service professional to join our team in Purbalingga. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and clients. As a member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas, contributing directly to the overall operational efficiency and brand reputation of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, restrooms, offices, hallways, and any designated zones according to a daily schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, report shortages, and assist in the procurement of necessary materials.
- Identify and address any maintenance issues (e.g., spills, broken equipment) promptly, notifying the facilities manager when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal procedures.
- Support deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal sanitation efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage during peak periods and special events, adapting schedules as required.
- Document completed tasks in the daily log and communicate any concerns or suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- Prior experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality results.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to follow written instructions and report issues clearly.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
