As a crew member, you will be the face of our brand, delivering a friendly and professional experience to every guest who walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, approachable attitude and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and performing regular visual inspections.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments while ensuring accurate transaction records.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations, upselling complementary items to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints on the spot, and escalate more complex issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, such as cash reconciliation, inventory checks, and store security checks.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to achieve sales targets, promotional goals, and overall store performance metrics.
- Attend scheduled training sessions on product updates, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Utilize personal transportation to arrive punctually for shifts and, when needed, assist with off‑site events or deliveries.
- Adhere strictly to company policies regarding honesty, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 25 years.
- All genders welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and strong time‑discipline.
- Own a reliable means of transportation to commute to the Ciumbuleuit outlet.
- Basic understanding of retail store management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
