Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Penjaga Operasional Outlet Gerobak to manage our strategically located food cart operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the outlet cart, ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for service.
- Maintain accurate cash handling, perform daily sales reconciliation, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Prepare, organize, and restock inventory, including raw materials, packaging, and promotional items, to meet daily demand.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, taking orders, and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Monitor hygiene and safety standards, conducting regular cleaning of the cart, utensils, and surrounding area to comply with health regulations.
- Assist in basic food preparation and ensure that all items are presented according to brand guidelines.
- Track sales trends, collect customer feedback, and suggest improvements to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel for timely restocking and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, ensuring the cart’s appearance reflects a neat and professional image.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, providing updates on sales performance, inventory levels, and any operational challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 27 years old.

- Demonstrated ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Previous experience in sales, street vending, or retail is highly preferred.
- Strong personal attributes: disciplined, punctual, honest, diligent, and serious about work.
- Neat appearance and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Basic proficiency with a point‑of‑sale (POS) or store management system.
- Willingness to reside in provided mess or accommodation if commuting from a distant location.
