Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team covering the Bitung area. The successful candidate will act as a critical link between our product portfolio and the local market, driving revenue while building lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and B2C customers within the Bitung region, using a blend of cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain and deepen existing client relationships by delivering tailored product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post‑sale support.
  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan that aligns with corporate targets, including monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate forecasting, and alignment of promotional activities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product enhancements and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry or regional market.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Honest, responsible, and self‑motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Resilience and the capacity to perform well under high‑pressure situations.
