Introduction

To support its rapid growth in the Cilegon region, the company is seeking a motivated Petugas Remedial Wilayah Cilegon (Regional Remedial Officer). This role is pivotal in ensuring that accounts receivable (A/R) overdue collections are executed accurately, on time, and in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team at the Adira Branch Office, working directly with senior management to protect the company’s cash flow and strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue accounts, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.
- Conduct daily outreach to delinquent borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits, applying effective negotiation techniques.
- Analyze customer payment histories and credit risk profiles to propose realistic repayment plans.
- Maintain detailed collection logs and update the company’s CRM system with accurate status reports.
- Prepare and present regular performance dashboards to branch management, highlighting trends, success rates, and areas needing attention.
- Coordinate with the legal department for escalation of severely delinquent accounts, including preparation of documentation for potential legal action.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to provide feedback on credit quality and to help refine underwriting criteria.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, consumer protection laws, and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on collection best practices, data privacy, and conflict resolution.
- Support special projects such as portfolio reviews, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any discipline; degrees in finance, economics, or business are a plus.
- Age: 29 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; however, at least 1 year of experience in collections, credit control, or a related finance function is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or collection management software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira branch office in Cilegon, adhering to the local domicile requirement.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
