Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the sales operations team to guarantee productivity and data integrity.
- Conduct daily monitoring of team activities, reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and order accuracy.
- Enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all operational processes, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential fraud risks for each sales application, implementing preventive controls and escalation protocols.
- Collaborate with sales managers to set realistic targets, track progress, and adjust tactics to meet or exceed quarterly goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance product knowledge, digital communication tools, and strategic selling techniques.
- Prepare regular operational reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with the leasing department to integrate cross‑functional insights, adding value to both retail and leasing initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role within retail sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, set clear objectives, and achieve measurable results.
- Strong initiative, a hardworking mindset, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Ability to monitor and analyze team performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in leasing operations is a distinct advantage.
