Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Coordinator Sales – Pengembangan dan Manajemen Pelanggan to join our growing team. This role serves as the bridge between our sales force, customers, and internal support functions, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and revenue targets are consistently exceeded. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through targeted outreach, market research, and networking activities.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales proposals, and following up on leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports for senior management, and recommend corrective actions when targets are not met.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Organize and lead weekly sales meetings, providing coaching, feedback, and motivation to the sales team.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and incentive plans.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client visits to promote brand awareness.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in sales coordination, customer development, or a related field.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current hiring policy).
