Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Marketplace Operations professional to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a digital retail environment, enjoy live‑stream hosting, and have a knack for turning data into sales growth. As an E‑commerce Specialist, you will be the backbone of our marketplace presence, ensuring that our online stores remain active, responsive, and profitable across platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and emerging channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily marketplace operations to keep product listings up‑to‑date, orders processed promptly, and customer inquiries answered within SLA.
  • Optimize product visibility and sales on multiple marketplace dashboards, leveraging SEO best practices, keyword research, and attractive visual assets.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and consumer behavior insights that drive strategic adjustments.
  • Design, launch, and monitor promotional campaigns—including flash sales, bundle offers, vouchers, and seasonal discounts—to boost conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to track inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and resolve fulfillment issues such as delayed shipments or returns.
  • Partner with the creative team to produce compelling copy, graphics, and live‑stream content that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Generate regular performance reports covering sales metrics, traffic sources, conversion ratios, and ROI of promotional activities.
  • Act as a live‑commerce host when required, delivering engaging product demonstrations and interacting with viewers in real time.
  • Continuously seek process improvements, automation opportunities, and innovative tools to streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketplace administration, online sales, or related e‑commerce roles; fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcome.
  • Proficiency with seller dashboards on Shopee and Tokopedia, as well as basic Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft concise product copy.
  • High attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Sales‑oriented attitude combined with a collaborative team spirit.
  • Additional assets: experience with live streaming, basic graphic design, and copywriting.
