Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, process requests, and address complaints regarding Telkomsel services for all customers visiting GraPARI.
- Escalate unresolved issues through the designated ticketing system (Cookies) or other approved channels to the appropriate functional teams.
- Support Service Operations by monitoring performance metrics, contributing to daily operational reports, and suggesting process improvements.
- Identify and document the purpose or problem of each customer or prospect using Telkomsel‑specified applications, ensuring data integrity for follow‑up actions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Telkomsel product offerings, promotional campaigns, and technical updates to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, technical support, and marketing—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Handle multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any major) or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
