Responsibilities

  • Proactively offer and sell the company’s products/services through direct, in‑person interactions with prospective clients.
  • Plan and execute regular field visits to assigned territories, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the target market.
  • Deliver clear, compelling presentations that highlight product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales prospects, expanding the customer base and creating pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through follow‑up visits, exceptional service, and timely problem resolution.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas, consistently contributing to overall business objectives.
  • Collect and record detailed customer data, updating the CRM system and conducting post‑visit follow‑ups to close deals.
  • Prepare and submit accurate activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries to management on a regular basis.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation by acting as an ambassador in the field, adhering to ethical standards and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend product improvements or new market strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in direct sales or field marketing.
  • Age not exceeding 28 years.
  • Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex product details in simple terms.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and relationship building.
  • Self‑discipline and time‑management to meet a structured Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market insights.
  • Proficiency with basic digital tools (Microsoft Office, mobile CRM apps) and willingness to learn new technologies.
