Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and sell the company’s products/services through direct, in‑person interactions with prospective clients.
- Plan and execute regular field visits to assigned territories, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the target market.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations that highlight product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales prospects, expanding the customer base and creating pipeline opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through follow‑up visits, exceptional service, and timely problem resolution.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas, consistently contributing to overall business objectives.
- Collect and record detailed customer data, updating the CRM system and conducting post‑visit follow‑ups to close deals.
- Prepare and submit accurate activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance summaries to management on a regular basis.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by acting as an ambassador in the field, adhering to ethical standards and brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend product improvements or new market strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in direct sales or field marketing.
- Age not exceeding 28 years.
- Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are valued.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid, active driver’s license (SIM).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex product details in simple terms.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including active listening, empathy, and relationship building.
- Self‑discipline and time‑management to meet a structured Monday‑Friday schedule (08:00‑17:00).
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and market insights.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (Microsoft Office, mobile CRM apps) and willingness to learn new technologies.
