Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company documentation, including contracts, invoices, and employee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate daily office activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking accurate minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, providing professional and courteous responses to clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Support the human resources team with onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and employee data updates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment, adhering to the company’s standards of appearance and hygiene.
  • Facilitate internal communications and announcements, leveraging public speaking abilities to deliver clear messages during team briefings and training sessions.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure cost‑effective procurement.
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to resolve any office equipment or infrastructure issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
