Introduction

The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and includes a comprehensive one‑month training program to equip you with the skills needed for success.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify and resolve common issues such as order status, billing questions, and technical difficulties.
- Escalate complex cases to senior support staff while maintaining clear communication with the customer.
- Participate in daily briefings and share feedback that can improve service quality.
- Follow up with customers after issue resolution to confirm satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines, service level agreements, and confidentiality standards.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training and self‑study.
- Support team initiatives such as promotional campaigns, surveys, and quality audits.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates who are unmarried (as specified by the current recruitment policy).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated responsibility and reliability in previous roles or academic projects.
- Willingness to attend a one‑month intensive training program before starting regular duties.
