Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Guru Kelas Sekolah Dasar (SD) to join our vibrant learning community. Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and the school’s pedagogical standards.
- Incorporate Islamic teachings and Quranic memorization (minimum one Juz) into daily classroom activities, fostering moral and spiritual growth.
- Utilize modern educational tools such as Canva, Capcut, and CorelDRAW to create visually appealing teaching materials and multimedia resources.
- Assess student performance through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, sharing progress reports and discussing strategies to support each child’s learning journey.
- Coordinate and supervise extracurricular programs, including arts, sports, and community service projects.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, school administrators, and support staff to design interdisciplinary projects and school-wide initiatives.
- Provide individualized support for students with special needs (ABK), ensuring accessibility and tailored instructional approaches.
- Participate in professional development workshops, faculty meetings, and continuous improvement activities to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Primary Education (PGSD), Education, Administration, Library Science, or a related field.
- Strong command of the Indonesian language and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Memorization of at least one Juz of the Al‑Qur’an.
- Preferred: UMMI (Uji Kompetensi Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) certification.
- High school (SMA/SMK) diploma is required; a higher degree (S1) is strongly preferred.
- Experience in supporting students with special needs (ABK) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in graphic design and video editing using tools such as Canva, Capcut, CorelDRAW, etc.
- Female candidates only, as per the school’s policy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
