Introduction
Home Credit Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our sales force as Sales Associate – Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan. This front‑line position is based in Pekanbaru and its surrounding areas, where you will represent the brand at partner outlets, both in street‑level locations and shopping malls. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Home Credit, guiding customers through payment solutions, promoting financing options on social media, and contributing to the growth of our market share in the region.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Home Credit payment products at partner retail outlets, ensuring customers understand the benefits and eligibility criteria.
- Engage with prospects on‑site and via social media platforms, creating compelling content that highlights financing options and special offers.
- Provide end‑to‑end assistance to customers throughout the payment process, from application to final settlement, while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive presentation area that reflects the professional image of Home Credit.
- Track daily sales activities, report key metrics to the regional supervisor, and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and stay up‑to‑date with the latest financing solutions and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with outlet staff and other Home Credit team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to the work schedule of Tuesday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and be flexible to attend occasional promotional events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with prior work experience are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
