Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, ensuring proper handling of cash, cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise, rotating stock, and ensuring product displays are up‑to‑date.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock items to the store manager, and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment, especially during peak hours and weekend shifts.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards as mandated by local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights on customer trends and suggesting improvements to product placement or promotional activities.
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and in‑store events to boost foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including regular cleaning of counters, shelves, and customer areas.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 25 years or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Female candidates are preferred, though all qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Honest, disciplined, quick‑thinking, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work full‑time shifts, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Prior experience in the FnB sector is highly advantageous.
- Not currently enrolled in a university or college program.
- Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) to demonstrate a clean legal record.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to convey information clearly to customers.
