We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Kredit Marketing – Area Balikpapan to join our growing financial services team. Based in the vibrant city of Balikpapan, this role is pivotal in expanding our loan portfolio by attracting new customers, building strategic partnerships with dealers, and ensuring seamless processing of financing applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer‑focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital lead generation.
- Present and explain a range of financing products, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with automobile dealers, retail partners, and other strategic allies to generate referral business.
- Collect, verify, and evaluate all required documentation from customers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit loan applications, coordinating with underwriting teams to achieve timely approvals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the region.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide after‑sales support, including follow‑up on loan disbursement, repayment schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends in the Balikpapan area, offering insights to management for product enhancements and promotional strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to stay current on product knowledge, compliance updates, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in sales, banking, or automotive financing is a plus.
- Key Skills: Rapid adaptation, strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, basic financial literacy, and proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
- Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, resilient under pressure, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
