Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with both the sales and marketing departments to develop strategies, engage prospects, and close deals while maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and manage the full sales workflow, from lead generation to final contract signing.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging phone calls, email, social media, and in‑person meetings.
  • Act as a skilled negotiator, presenting proposals, handling objections, and securing favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular reports for management to measure performance against targets.
  • Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up‑to‑date information.
  • Provide post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, adjusting tactics to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this specific posting).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend assignments.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Quick learning aptitude and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
