Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Surabaya. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with a strong background in beauty, fitness, makeup, or telemarketing who thrives on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and exceeding sales targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across our portfolio of treatment services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking events, social media outreach, and referral programs.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients by providing regular follow‑ups, personalized recommendations, and after‑sale support.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client needs, explain treatment options, and address any concerns or objections.
- Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance metrics and forecasting future sales trends.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive foot traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new treatment offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, schedule appointments, and manage customer information securely.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or higher education in any field is a plus.
- At least 4 years of proven sales experience in the beauty, fitness, makeup, or telemarketing sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building trust and rapport with diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
