Responsibilities
The Penasehat Bancassurance will be responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of Sun Life’s bancassurance initiatives within the Klaten region. Core duties include, but are not limited to:
- Designing and implementing marketing strategies for Sun Life’s insurance products through bank distribution channels.
- Coordinating with the internal Sales Force team and external bank partners to ensure seamless product rollout and consistent brand messaging.
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at partner banks.
- Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging customer needs.
- Delivering product training and sales coaching to bank staff, enabling them to effectively cross‑sell insurance solutions.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing regular reports, and proposing corrective actions to achieve or exceed targets.
- Representing Sun Life at regional events, seminars, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk‑management policies throughout the sales process.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications and possess the attributes required to succeed in this role:
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Bancassurance sales, Relationship Officer roles, or Telemarketing within the insurance or banking sector.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing sales needs and market dynamics.
- Solid understanding of life insurance products and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in business‑level communication, both written and verbal.

- Location Requirement: Willingness to be placed at a partner bank in the Klaten area and travel within the region as needed.
