Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Helper Operasional Pendukung Proyek to join our dynamic project support team. This entry‑level position is designed for individuals who are eager to gain hands‑on experience in the construction and project management industry. The successful candidate will work closely with project supervisors, field engineers, and other operational staff to ensure daily activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. The role offers a full‑time, 8‑hour workday from Monday to Saturday, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career in operational support.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and site supervisors with the preparation and organization of daily work plans.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to designated locations on the project site.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including waste removal and site tidiness.
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies, reporting shortages, and restocking as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Help set up and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding, safety barriers, and signage.
- Record daily progress, attendance, and any incidents in the project log.
- Participate in safety briefings and adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Provide basic administrative assistance, including filing documents, copying plans, and updating digital records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve logistical challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Age: 18 – 26 years old.

- Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong discipline and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming, reflecting self‑respect and company standards.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work full‑time (8 hours per day) and adapt to a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00).
