The Officer Pemasaran & Verifikasi position based in Bagan Batu is a pivotal role within our dynamic sales and marketing team. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong, mutually beneficial relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and customers, to expand market reach.
- Promote and sell a diverse portfolio of products, tailoring presentations to the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- Conduct thorough analyses and feasibility surveys of prospective customers to assess creditworthiness, purchasing power, and alignment with our product offerings.
- Develop and present detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to design targeted campaigns that support sales objectives.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles, interaction histories, and follow‑up actions.
- Participate in regular market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Provide timely feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demand.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety regulations, and ensure proper use of company‑provided transportation (motorcycle) and a valid SIM C.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 degree in any field is preferred.
- Age: Not older than 28 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Entry‑level candidates are welcome; however, prior experience in sales or marketing is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Goal‑oriented mindset; enjoys working with clear targets and performance incentives.
- Dynamic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C for field visits.
- Basic competency in debt collection processes and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM software, and mobile applications for reporting.
