Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency with recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders for bar supplies in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, reconcile daily sales reports, and manage tabs according to established procedures.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer menu questions, and create personalized experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, waiters, and event coordinators to support banquets, conferences, and special functions.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning of glassware, bar tools, and beverage dispensers.
- Uphold the resort’s brand standards through professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and proactive problem‑solving.
- Assist in training new bar staff, sharing best practices for service excellence and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss service feedback, menu updates, and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a comparable bar or beverage service role, preferably within a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong teamwork orientation and a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Professional, well‑groomed appearance with a focus on personal hygiene.
- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, and present drinks artistically.
- Willingness to be placed and reside in Lombok Tengah for the duration of the contract.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or event overtime as needed.
