Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns that highlight Bimbel Priority’s unique preparation programs for civil service and university entrance exams.
  • Engage with prospective students and parents through social media platforms, chat applications, and in‑person events, providing timely, accurate information and personalized consultation.
  • Maintain a daily pipeline of leads, follow up rigorously, and convert inquiries into enrolled students while achieving weekly and monthly enrollment quotas.
  • Collaborate with the instructional team to stay updated on curriculum changes, success stories, and alumni outcomes, translating these insights into compelling marketing narratives.
  • Conduct market research on competitor offerings, regional education trends, and student preferences to refine positioning and promotional tactics.
  • Organize and attend open houses, school fairs, and community outreach programs, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Utilize CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite to document interactions, schedule follow‑ups, and ensure seamless communication across the sales and academic teams.
  • Ride a motorbike to visit potential partner schools and local community centers, ensuring a strong on‑ground presence in each service area.
  • Continuously improve personal communication skills and stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends relevant to the education sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; a background in education, communications, or business is a plus.
  • Age 23 years or younger; all genders are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education industry.
  • Proficient with social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) and comfortable using a laptop for content creation and data entry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to build rapport quickly with new contacts.
  • High energy, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude; able to handle rejection and bounce back with positivity.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel between branches and outreach sites.
  • Fast response mindset – quick to reply to chats and emails, ensuring prospective students feel heard.
  • Organizational experience (e.g., student council, clubs) and a clear ambition to develop a long‑term career in education marketing.
  • Unmarried status as per company policy for this entry‑level role.
  • Core soft skills: active listening, problem‑solving, positive attitude maintenance, and ethical service delivery.
