Introduction
Super Dog Indonesia is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Ground Crew – Operasional Bandara team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our animal companions receive safe, attentive, and compassionate care while passengers and crew members navigate the bustling airport environment. As a member of the ground crew, you will act as the frontline guardian of pets in our dedicated playground area, providing peace of mind to travelers and upholding the high standards of service that our brand is known for.
The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates of any gender who have completed at least a high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent) are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor pets playing in the designated airport playground, ensuring their safety and well‑being at all times.
- Conduct routine checks of the play area to maintain cleanliness, proper ventilation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist travelers with pet‑related inquiries, providing clear information on airport policies, feeding schedules, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with airport security and airline staff to facilitate smooth movement of pets between terminals, gates, and the playground.
- Document any incidents, injuries, or unusual behavior and report them promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of pet arrivals, departures, and owner contact details.
- Prepare and serve fresh water, appropriate toys, and basic grooming supplies as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions on animal handling, first aid, and customer service excellence.
- Support the team in organizing special events such as pet adoption days or travel‑ready pet workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- Strong passion for animal welfare and a genuine love for caring for pets.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced airport environment.
