Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with Brother’s portfolio of printers, scanners, and related IT accessories.
- Conduct live product demonstrations, highlighting key features, benefits, and usage tips to drive purchase decisions.
- Maintain optimal shelf presentation and merchandising standards, ensuring that promotional materials, signage, and displays are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels on the shop floor, perform regular stock checks, and coordinate with store managers for timely replenishment.
- Collect and record daily sales data, customer feedback, and market insights using the company’s reporting tools.
- Assist in organizing in‑store events, workshops, and promotional campaigns that increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Provide after‑sales support, answering product‑related queries and guiding customers through warranty or service processes.
- Adhere to the store’s operating hours (9‑hour shifts) and follow the schedule of six working days with one designated day off that does not fall on a weekend.
- Uphold Brother’s brand standards by maintaining a clean, well‑groomed appearance and practicing excellent personal hygiene.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma or higher is preferred.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a retail promoter, sales associate, or similar role in the IT, electronics, printer, or telecommunications industry.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet or exceed daily targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, customer‑centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with store staff and regional supervisors.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying store layouts, product assortments, and promotional periods.
- Well‑groomed appearance, neat attire, and consistent personal hygiene.
