Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging English language curricula that cover grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Plan and conduct interactive public speaking workshops, focusing on speech structure, body language, voice modulation, and audience engagement.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, oral presentations, and written assignments, providing constructive feedback and individualized improvement plans.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records using our learning management system.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to align lesson objectives with the academy’s overall educational standards.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as debate clubs, English conversation cafés, and mock presentation sessions.
- Stay current with pedagogical best practices, incorporating digital tools, multimedia resources, and innovative teaching methods.
- Uphold a professional and ethical classroom environment, modeling honesty, integrity, and respect for all learners.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Age between 18 and 50 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Currently enrolled as a university student or a recent graduate (minimum status: mahasiswa).
- High school or pesantren graduates must possess prior teaching or tutoring experience.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to teach communication skills, public speaking, and interpersonal dynamics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a genuine passion for student development.
- Commitment to punctuality, honesty, and adherence to institutional policies.
