Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.

- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring table turnover.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and reconcile end‑of‑shift reports.
- Provide personalized recommendations, upsell complementary items, and respond to guest feedback with professionalism.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service techniques.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of condiments, and reporting of any equipment malfunctions.
