Responsibilities

  • Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and monitoring table turnover.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues quickly.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and reconcile end‑of‑shift reports.
  • Provide personalized recommendations, upsell complementary items, and respond to guest feedback with professionalism.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service techniques.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking of condiments, and reporting of any equipment malfunctions.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No maximum limit; candidates of any age are encouraged to apply.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant or hospitality setting; fresh graduates are also welcomed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple tables, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure during busy periods.
