Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Rakit dan Pengelolaan Logistik to join our fast‑growing home‑appliance manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assembling high‑quality washing machines and steam irons while ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Assemble washing machines and steam irons according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect components for defects, perform quality checks, and ensure each unit meets our strict performance standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, material usage, and any deviations from the plan.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to receive raw materials, organize storage, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, reporting any recurring problems to the supervisor for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and promote a clean, orderly work area.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new product lines, equipment upgrades, and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Flexibly work overtime or weekend shifts when production targets demand extra effort.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain, to optimize workflow.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; gender diversity is valued.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in assembly or a related manufacturing role.
- Preferred background in electronics or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to work hard, take responsibility, and manage product quality.
