Introduction
The Admin Business Channeling position based in Cikarang (Jabodetabekser) is a key support role within our rapidly growing financial services division. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between our Business Channeling partners and internal credit processing teams, ensuring that every loan order is accurately captured, evaluated, and moved forward efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the high‑quality service standards that our customers expect and for supporting the company’s mission to provide accessible, responsible financing across Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on incoming loan orders received through the Business Channeling network, ensuring timely acknowledgment and entry into the system.
- Collect, verify, and complete all required consumer and financing object data, guaranteeing data integrity before processing.
- Enter order information received via the dicicilaja platform into the ACCTION system, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Review credit applications in line with RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions and consumer grading outcomes, and process approvals or rejections accordingly.
- Communicate credit approval status to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to initiate property or asset verification.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Handshake Center (SHC) on pending consumer orders, facilitating smooth hand‑offs and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain authority to enter customer data into the system, execute credit processing based on RAC/Grading results, and issue formal approval notifications.
- Support the SOC by providing accurate survey orders and tracking their completion.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative or credit‑processing experience.
- Proficiency with computer applications, especially data entry, spreadsheet, and banking software.
- Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers, SHC, and SOC teams.
- Analytical mindset to assess credit information and identify discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross‑functional departments.
