Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Specialist – Sistem & Infrastruktur to join our dynamic technical team. This role focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of electrical, mechanical, and air‑conditioning systems across our facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure that all infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on electrical wiring, distribution panels, and motor-driven equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical failures in pumps, compressors, and other rotating machinery.
- Execute installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of commercial air‑conditioning units, including refrigerant handling and coil cleaning.
- Document all work orders, maintenance logs, and test results in the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan system upgrades, energy‑saving initiatives, and equipment retrofits.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, working under pressure to restore service within agreed service‑level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations, electrical codes, and environmental standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, suggesting process enhancements that reduce costs and improve system reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, and air‑conditioning repair and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical staff.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and personal responsibility.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines and high‑pressure situations.
