Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Kediri, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of business channel orders, from initial receipt through credit assessment to final customer communication. The successful candidate will work closely with our credit analysis, sales, and service teams to deliver an efficient, customer‑focused experience while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and act on incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling platform, ensuring timely acknowledgment and processing.
  • Collect, verify, and upload comprehensive consumer and financing object data into the ACCTION system, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter order details received via the dicicilaja portal, maintaining consistency with internal data standards.
  • Conduct preliminary credit checks, applying RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and consumer grading outcomes to determine eligibility.
  • Communicate credit approval status to applicants promptly, providing clear explanations and next‑step instructions.
  • Dispatch survey orders to the Service Operations Center (SOC) and follow up to ensure survey completion.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Handling Center (SHC) on ongoing consumer orders, facilitating seamless hand‑offs and issue resolution.
  • Perform data entry of customer information into the system with a high degree of precision, adhering to confidentiality policies.
  • Support the credit processing team by updating records based on RAC and grading results, and flagging any discrepancies for review.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, answering queries related to their application status and required documentation.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports on order volumes, processing times, and approval rates to help drive operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or financial services experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and basic spreadsheet functions.
  • Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and a commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple orders simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn about credit assessment processes and financial regulations.
