Introduction

The Administrator Business Channeling is a pivotal back‑office position within a fast‑growing financial services organization. This role serves as the operational bridge between incoming business‑channel orders, the sales team, and the credit approval department. By ensuring accurate data entry, timely communication, and seamless coordination, the administrator helps accelerate loan processing, improve customer satisfaction, and support the company’s broader mission of providing accessible financing solutions to individuals and small businesses across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Track and follow up on all incoming orders generated through the business‑channeling network, ensuring each request is logged and assigned promptly.
  • Gather, verify, and complete all consumer and financing‑object data, entering the information into the company’s core banking system with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Process “order‑in” entries from the Dicicil Aja platform, maintaining a systematic workflow that minimizes delays.
  • Contact applicants to convey credit‑approval outcomes, answering questions and guiding them through the next steps of the financing process.
  • Dispatch survey orders to Sales Officers Channeling, providing them with the necessary documentation and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Hub Center (SHC) to monitor the status of active consumer orders and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Execute data‑entry duties for customer records, ensuring compliance with RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and internal grading policies.
  • Maintain a clear audit trail of all communications and transactions to support internal and external regulatory reviews.
  • Continuously propose process improvements, leveraging digital archiving tools and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative or data‑entry experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital and manual archiving, electronic document input, data compilation, and basic analytical tasks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, and a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and adapt to a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
