Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Administrator Business Channeling for our Pangkalan Bun, Kalimantan office. This role is pivotal in managing the flow of business channeling orders, ensuring accurate data entry, and coordinating credit approvals within a fast‑growing financial services environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school education, strong computer skills, and at least one year of relevant experience in administration or credit processing.
Responsibilities
The Administrator Business Channeling will be responsible for the end‑to‑end handling of business channeling orders, from receipt to final credit approval. Key duties include:
- Follow‑up on all incoming orders generated through the Business Channeling source, ensuring timely acknowledgement.
- Collect, verify, and complete consumer and financing object data, guaranteeing data integrity before entry into the ACCTION system.
- Accurately input order information received via dicicilaja into the ACCTION platform, maintaining a clean audit trail.
- Review credit applications against RAC (Risk Assessment Committee) decisions and consumer grading, processing approvals or rejections in accordance with company policy.
- Communicate approval status to customers promptly, providing clear explanations of next steps or required documentation.
- Dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Home Credit (SHC) team to synchronize efforts on ongoing consumer orders.
- Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, ensuring all entries comply with regulatory and internal data‑security standards.
- Assist in periodic reporting, summarizing order volumes, approval rates, and any bottlenecks for senior management.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old (flexible where applicable).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in administrative, data‑entry, or credit‑processing functions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers, MS Office, and familiarity with loan management systems such as ACCTION.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies in data and maintain high accuracy.
- Integrity: Strong ethical standards and confidentiality handling of consumer financial information.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with customers, SOC, and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of juggling multiple orders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with SHC, SOC, and risk assessment teams to ensure seamless order processing.
